Presence: You agree to join the calls on time (EST) and participate actively.
Engagement: To maximize the impact of our time, please ensure you are in a quiet, private space with your camera turned on. This minimizes distractions and fosters deeper connection.
Openness: You agree to approach each session with humility, transparency, and a genuine willingness to consider new perspectives and tools.
Spousal Reflection: Transformational learning happens between sessions. You agree to share reflections and discoveries with your spouse following each call. We will provide resources to help you maintain a safe and supportive environment for these conversations.
Coaching vs. Therapy: You understand that this program provides mental health coaching and tools for marriage enrichment. It is not a substitute for clinical psychotherapy or medical treatment. If a situation arises that requires licensed clinical intervention, you agree to seek guidance from a qualified therapist or counselor.
Personal Responsibility: While we provide the framework and support, your success is ultimately dependent on your commitment to implementing the principles discussed.
Access: All calls are recorded for your personal reference and stored in your private coaching session library.
Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your sessions. Likewise, you agree that these recordings and shared resources are for your private use only and may not be shared, published, or distributed to third parties.
Non-Refundable: All coaching sessions and intensives are non-refundable. Your payment represents a reserved spot in our calendar and a commitment to your restoration.
Rescheduling: (Optional addition): We require at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling requests. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.
